The Helpdesk provides a dedicated customer-care facility and the first point of contact for Estates customers. The Helpdesk provides a service in the following areas:

Recharge Form:


Rechargeable works can now be logged using the Helpdesk Request Form. Please ensure that appropriate authorisation has been obtained before submitting your request, as rechargeable works will proceed on the assumption that you are, or have sought and obtained approval from, the budget holder for any costs associated with the works. The Estates Directorate will not accept responsibility for recharges being made where the appropriate approval has not been obtained.
